INSANITY Final Week - Day 51

Today is Max Interval Circuit.

The temptation to skip today's workout is very strong, but given how crappy this day has been, the workout might be one of the few shining points in an otherwise disappointing and draining 24 hours.

UPDATE: I didn't do it until next day.
