INSANITY Program - Day 10
Today was Cardio Recovery.
In all honesty, one could skip this workout, especially if you are doing yoga in addition to Insanity anyway, but I'm a purist so it's all or none.
Tomorrow: Cardio Power & Resistance + 2 mile run
